The Green Festivals are festivals that happen annually in four cities to promote environmentally friendly ideas and products. There are featured speakers as well. Past speakers include: Medea Benjamin, Alice Walker, Amy Goodman, Ralph Nader, Dr. Cornel West and Bill McKibben.
Green Festivals can be found in five cities across the United States, including San Francisco, California, Chicago, Illinois, Seattle, Washington, Los Angeles, California, and New York, New York. In the past, the Festivals also visited Washington, D.C. and Denver, Colorado.
